• First and last name (volunteer form only)
• Phone number (volunteer form only)

• Game activity data (XP earned, missions completed, events attended)
• Event check-in data
• Social media post URLs you submit for XP verification

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the VoteReederXP game and track your XP progress
• To coordinate campaign volunteer activities
• To contact you about campaign events and updates (if you opt in)
• To verify XP-earning activities
• To display leaderboards (username and XP only — never your real name)

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not share your data with advertisers
• We do not display your real name publicly anywhere on the site
• We do not collect payment information (donations handled by ActBlue)

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a US-based database service. Data is protected with industry-standard encryption and row-level security controls.

5. Third-Party Services

VoteReederXP uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — account and game data storage
• Smartsheet — volunteer coordination
• ActBlue — donation processing (has its own privacy policy)
• Google Fonts — typography
• Substack — campaign blog

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

VoteReederXP is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at karen@votereederxp.com.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of campaign communications at any time

9. Political Disclosure

VoteReederXP is a campaign website. Information you provide may be used for campaign purposes including volunteer coordination, voter outreach, and campaign communications. This site is paid for by the Karen Reeder Campaign.
